Enjoyed our stay but not sure if I would stay again given the noise issues

Liked mostClean, location next to the park was great for family, lovely neighborhood

Could improveCoffee at breakfast was not great. It was not clear from reservation whether bathtub was included and our room did not have it even though photos showed it. There is a problem on the top floor with the sound from what sounds like the boiler, which had a booming sound at the end of the day and got us dizzy.
