Liked mostPosizione eccellente, hotel di design molto particolare e curato, personale gentile e professionale. Una menzione speciale a Christopher, che con la sua disponibilità, competenza e attenzione ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. Colazione con prodotti di ottima qualità. Apprezzo la scelta di evitare il buffet per limitare gli sprechi, ma il sistema delle “stelle” e il limite di tre stelle al giorno rendono la scelta dei piatti un po’ troppo vincolante, soprattutto per chi ha esigenze o gusti diversi. Avevo letto recensioni molto negative sulle dimensioni e sull’odore delle camere: la nostra esperienza è stata completamente diversa. La camera, pur essendo la più piccola, era ben arredata, funzionale, con un bellissimo bagno e spazi organizzati molto bene. Nel complesso, soggiorno eccellente e hotel assolutamente consigliato.

Could improveUnica piccola disattenzione: all’arrivo abbiamo trovato un solo kit spazzolino/dentifricio anziché due.

Ideally located hotel with excellent staff (and great breakfast)!

Liked mostStaff was exceptional, very friendly, helpful, accommodating and always responsive. Location was excellent, walking distance to most attractions in the city, as well as shopping and dining. Nearby metro station made it easy to go anywhere else. Very clean property with good maintenance. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices (including very healthy ones). Room was quiet even though it faced a major street and the hotel was very centrally located.

Could improveThe overall design of the room and bathroom made it difficult to unpack and have things on hand. Had to use luggage as additional drawer. This is a flaw with many hotels in many countries (including US). Ideally there should be nightstands on either side of bed, with drawers; a chest of drawers; a closet that can fit more than a few items. Bathroom should have counter space and shelves to put things and keep handy. And lighting was too dim in bathroom and overly complicated in the room itself (had to figure out how to turn different sets of lights on and off).
