Could improveOur rooms didn't have any window or the window couln't be opened as it was facing the internal staircase. Also the room was too close to the passageway so we felt it was loud and noisy and didn't have any privacy

Liked mostAmbience, cleanliness, and heritage building to stay in.

Could improveNoise and disturbance at the bar adjusted building until 12;30 midnight. Couldnt sleep until then. Need more varities in breakfast. Also, would be better if you have after shower lotion in the bathroom which was missing.
