Please note that for stays of 5 nights or more, the apartments are cleaned and linen is changed every 3 days. Please note that the amount of the reservation is charged on the day of arrival. Please note that Casas do Porto does not have an open reception and neither the team lives on the building, so it's imperative that guests contact the property prior to their arrival (preferable 1 week before). The absence of contact or reply from the guest may result in the cancelation of the reservation. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be delivered in reasonable clean conditions. If this condition is not verified, an additional cleaning fee of 50 € per apartment may be charged. Also upon arrival, you must pay the Municipal Tourist Tax 3 €/person/night, this can be paid in cash.
