Definitely worth the price.

Liked mostMike is an excellent host! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The communication was excellent. There’s a shop around the corner that does luggage storage which was really helpful. Mike left us free breakfast coupons (but we didn’t use them). There was also some snacks and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The second bedroom is pretty tight but did the job for sleep arrangements for our mid 20’s son and his girlfriend. Main bedroom is a good size and very comfortable. Washroom was well stocked and good water pressure

Could improveThe only thing I’d change is the dresser in the main bedroom had a lot of extra blankets so there wasn’t too many drawers to put our clothes away in. We took out some blankets to accommodate that though. The kitchen sink water pressure is low.

Unbelievable downtown location!

Liked mostThe building is in a Fantastic downtown location, I would say unbeatable. Although we couldn't stay in the apartment we originally booked we were moved to another apartment in the same building that had an extra bathroom which was great. The apartment facilities were excellent and Mike the host was very attentive, nothing is too much trouble.

Could improveAs it turned out My wife didn't like being on the 42nd floor and the lift waiting times can be very long during peak times but the location and quality of the apartment made up for this.
