Nada más entrar en la habitación, después de más de 10 horas de vuelo y con mi hijo de 10 años, nos encontramos con un ruido insoportable que hacía imposible descansar. A partir de ese momento comenzó un interminable intercambio de mensajes con el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking.com, sin que nadie ofreciera una solución real. Las camas están pegadas a la ventana y el aislamiento acústico es pésimo. Las ventanas no insonorizan absolutamente nada, por lo que se escucha constantemente el ruido del exterior. Además, tampoco aíslan del frío ni del calor; por la noche entra aire frío incluso con la climatización apagada. Durante toda mi estancia no recibí ninguna solución efectiva. Invité en varias ocasiones al personal del hotel a subir a la habitación para comprobar personalmente el problema. Nadie quiso hacerlo, porque sabían perfectamente que el ruido existía. No soy de Boston y viajaba con un niño de 10 años. En lugar de buscar una solución, la sensación que transmitía el hotel era que debía marcharme y buscar otro alojamiento por mi cuenta. Me parece una actitud impresentable y totalmente falta de profesionalidad. Un hotel no puede vender habitaciones en esas condiciones y desentenderse del problema cuando un cliente reclama. Ha sido una experiencia muy decepcionante y no volvería jamás.
