the hotel is clean, staff were helpful and not very far from the main street.

Liked mostthe hotel is as expected, clean, quiet and a little bit away from the crowded street of Grafton. 10 min walk to be exact. there is tram station 2 mins away from the hotel. breakfast is good and staff were also helpful. there is a Japanese restaurant outside the hotel.

Could improvewe didn't like that there was no bidet in the toilet, there was no readily available sleeper in the room as well as toiletries. i requested for a sleeper and they gave me only one pair as the reception said that our room is not supposed to have sleeper. i'm not sure if our room is not supposed to have dental kits too, good thing we brought our own!
