Liked mostNice staff, location by train station and CN tower. Bottled water was refilled every day in the room.

Could improvePermanent leakage from the shower on the floor, too soft beds. Dirty floor around the pool, people swimming in t-shirts and shorts in the pool, no staff around. Large amount of foam in the hot tube, IR sauna not warm enough, just 36 degrees.

OK but would not stay again due to noise

Liked mostProximity to lake and cn tower. Great roof top terrace and great staff serving. Decent breakfast but busy.

Could improveOutside noise of cars revving. Horrendous at night. To be fair, not hotels fault BUT revving cars at midnight to 4am was very very loud. Air con was noisy too.
