Please note that each apartment is serviced once a week for stays longer than 7 nights. All children are welcome. There is no charge for a crib. Extra beds are available in some apartments for an extra cost of GBP 15 per night. Please note that there is no lift in the building and apartments are accessible via stairs only. Please notify the property prior to arrival if you wish to be allocated on one of the lower floors. When booking 4 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Our serviced apartments are not staffed 24 hours a day. In the event of a fire alarm or emergency, guests must be able to independently evacuate the building without assistance. By completing this booking, you confirm that: • You are able to self-evacuate in an emergency; and • No members of your party require assisted evacuation or a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
