Liked mostThe location is sort of near the airport but on some sort of industrial like site with building works all around and a horrible view of some very ugly building or car park from the front facing bedrooms. It was $20 to get to the hotel from the airport but $25 to get all the way into central Singapore so there is not much saving to be had from staying there. We ended up spending a lot on taxis back and forth because there is little to do at the hotel. There is a shuttle but it takes ages and the last drop is 5pm which is weirdly early. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool is nice, the gym is decent too but broadly the hotel has no atmosphere or feeling to it and is bland. The staff were not very helpful and not particularly friendly. The food is very expensive and not great, barely anything for vegetarians or vegans. The room was small - it was clean but nothing special about it and not much different to say a Premier Inn UK. I would not stay here again and felt they lacked customer service.
