Worst experience in a Embassy suite property

Liked mostMy party stayed at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk from May 23rd to May 28th, 2026, and it was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at an Embassy Suites property. The level of service and the condition of the room were entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found that the room had not been cleaned properly. Throughout our stay, we dealt with repeated, unprofessional disturbances from the housekeeping staff, who were consistently rude and aggressive about us leaving the room each morning. Furthermore, we encountered large, flying cockroaches in our room, which is a severe hygiene concern that should never happen at a hotel of this caliber. When we attempted to address these issues with the front desk, the young woman on duty was dismissive and rude, showing no interest in resolving our concerns. To make matters worse, we had to depart one day early due to a family emergency. Instead of offering any understanding or assistance during a difficult time, the staff remained dismissive and rude throughout the checkout process. We chose this hotel expecting the standard of service associated with the Embassy Suites brand, but this experience fell far short in every category—from hygiene to basic human decency. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere
