Total Perfection

Liked mostI have stayed in five-star hotels all over the world, yet I have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The thought that has gone into the rooms and facilities is incredible. It felt as though they had quite literally thought of everything a guest could possibly need. Every little touch was perfect and added to the feeling of luxury and comfort throughout our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, modern and beautifully designed. The location is ideal too — only around 10 minutes from the airport, yet just a short walk from the restaurants, bars, shops and historic centre of Palma. Finding faults with this hotel is impossible. It was quite simply perfect, and without question one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Liked most청결하고 조용했다. 그리고 루프탑 바 전망이 멌있었다. 거기 웨이터 Jose 가 정말 친절했음

Could improve카운터 직원과 의사 소통이 잘 안 되는 것 같음. 예를 들어 룸써비스를 한 명분만 주문을 했고 그 카운터 직원도 그렇게 이해를 하고 키친에 이야기를 했지만 두 명분을 요금을 부과함. 대화를 통해 해결됨
