Liked mostWe had a wonderful stay at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan. The rooms were beautifully large, spotlessly clean, and I absolutely loved the combination shower and tub setup. What truly sets this luxury hotel apart, however, is the incredibly attentive staff and their impeccable attention to detail. Our seamless experience started right at check-in. Mattia at the front desk was exceptionally professional and helpful. When we decided we wanted to dine out rather than eat at the hotel restaurant, Mattia went above and beyond by offering three local recommendations. The one we chose was exactly what we were looking for! A special mention must go to the valets and bellhops. As the first point of contact, they set the tone for the entire stay, and every single one of them was outstanding, professional, and welcoming. We also enjoyed after-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar, which offers an absolutely amazing view and, once again, wonderful service. I cannot say enough about how the incredible staff enhanced our stay. We highly recommend this hotel! Would definitely return.
