Liked mostEs un hotel con una super vista a las pirámides, difícil de hacer mejor, pero incluso nos pareció mejor el personal. Muy atentos, correctos en todos los aspectos y nos facilitaron todo. Si vuelvo a Egipto será acá mismo.

Could improveNo hubo nada malo.

Horrible location, shallow, condescending staff.

Liked mostWell a priori some of the rooms are nice. That's about it.

Could improveThe staff. Very fake, calculating, repetitive, low value interactions with either Manal the female manager or Mahmoud the increasingly grumpy 'dude in charge'. I think I certainly only showed respectful communications with them at all time, and they became very neglectful, completely not heeding a bad review. The breakfast was bad in the beginning, but just became atrociously repetitive later, no love at all into it. The location is pure awful. Period. No Talabat. The street to go there is the most 3rd world thing anyone can imagine. I found a way to order from Talabat requiring the managers to receive a phone call from the delivery guy - they condescendingly eschewed to collaborate on this most vital aspect (food). HARD PASS.
