not too bad, is okay, i feel safe and comfy.

Could improvethey did not serve breakfast free, you must pay $40/ day ( it is pricey) . The other placa with 4 stars, give me free good deal buffet breakfast becauce i am member of Genius ( Booking.com). And 2 nd thing, the beach line is narrow, many barrier stone around, so not really enjoy to walk around beach

Liked mostEl servicio de los empleados, llegamos y en ese momento nos preguntaron si los visitamos por algo en especial, les mencionamos que por cumpleaños y en menos de 10 minutos nos entregaron la Villa con letrero y pastel de cumpleaños.

Liked mostI love the staff here; everyone was eager to help. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, every person I met was kind, attentive, and diligent. As a Hilton Diamond member, I normally stay at Hilton properties, and my assistant booked this hotel by mistake for a single night. The property is not luxurious, but it is practical: the room has a kitchen, and the team clearly makes every effort to maintain it well. On the night I arrived, the television did not work. Christian at the front desk did everything in his power to fix it, and when he could not, he moved me to another room. I enjoyed my stay enough to extend it by a night, and the staff changed my room once more to make me even more comfortable. When I lost my earphone case on the street, everyone offered to help me look for it. A note to management: Christian is an exceptional young man, highly professional and well-spoken. You are fortunate to have him on your team; in fact, I was tempted to steal him away and offer him a job myself. At a time when genuine kindness is rare, this hotel is full of it. Ahh, the propert is right on te water !
