Could improveStaff were functional in their interactions rather than exceptionally helpful, for example, I was told directions to the lobby then to my room with three pieces of luggage rather than helped to the lift. Gym was the worst aspect, it is an external facility and the gym treated me as a temporary nuisance because I’m not a member of the club. Even repeatedly asking me “are you a member?”. Hotel interior felt dated.
