De las habitaciones destaco la limpieza, la comodidad de las camas y almohadas y el aire acondicionado porque son aspectos importantes para mi. En cuanto al personal del hotel es inmejorable, en especial el de recepción, que es magnífico. Por último, pero no menos importante es su ubicación la cual es perfecta: Rialto (ideal porque si utilizas el vaporetto esta parada está abierta de día y de noche).

Staying here was one of the highlights of my trip! Will stay again

Liked mostWe stayed in a Junior Suite Grand Canal room which was 11/10 worth the money. The room was huge, clean, and you cannot beat the views of the canal (even from the bathroom!). Staff was friendly and helpful - they recommended a good spot for dinner. The location is very central and so convenient to get anywhere with the Rialto and S. Silvestro ferry stops so close. I wondered if it would be too busy or touristy being so close to the Rialto bridge, but the hotel is just far enough down the path and sound proof that it wasn't noticeable at all. We did not do the breakfast, but there are a few cafes a couple minutes away.
