4 days London with family

Liked mostWell run hotel, modern and clean. Very friedly staff (thanks to Sharan and team for their attentive service, especially at breakfast when the restaurant can be quite busy). We also liked the neighborhood - lots of good restaurants, very international and still safe, only 1 minute walking distance to the next underground station. Overall great value and a good choice for a family stay.

Liked mostThe hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ben, who was exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. That said, I expected a bit more for the price. While everything was comfortable and functional, the overall experience felt very similar to staying at an Ibis hotel, which is usually available at a much lower rate. If you're paying the Hilton premium, you naturally expect something that stands out a little more. Overall, it's a good hotel with great service, but I don't think it offers the best value for money.
