Upon arrival at 6am we were met by the best receptionist in America. Her name is Ki, and is super helpful and competent.

Could improveAC system slightly confusing. Breakfast room was a bit cramped. Location could be slightly better as it's about 10 mins to nearest subway (though there are lots of transport options). Room a bit dark.

Liked mostRoom was very comfortable. Hotel was clean but parking was a bit pricey and you can't take your car out or you pay more but I guess it is NYC. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Staff was great and very helpful. Cleanliness is a major factor for my stays when visiting out of town along with safety and I was very pleased with both!
