Liked mostOur family is staying at the Hilton Mar Caribe in Cancun, Mexico. The place is awesome. He had the opportunity to go to the spa experience. Izbeth and Janeth gave my wife and I the absolute best massages. They were thorough and professional.

Great Relaxing Vacation

Liked mostLast week we went to this resort for the third time. It was amazing and we’ll be back again because it feels like home. I don’t know who the gm is of this hotel but they are doing an amazing job. The staff is just great. I want to start with the concierge Jarlin who we have had every time. I love seeing him and he goes out of his way to make us feel special and posted on the days activities. He’s the best and we look forward to seeing him again! Santiago and Nestor in the Enclave Lounge are a great pair. If you want a great drink go see Santiago and Nestor. Everytime we’ve been to Mar Caribe we look forward to seeing Samuel at the breakfast buffet and Orlando and Irving at the pool bar-so happy to see them again. This time we got to meet Miguel at the Italian restaurant and he was so welcoming and great. When we went to hibachi the server Monserrath was so on top of everything and took great care of everyone. One new experience we had was a drink tasting class for diamond members where we made our own drinks. The set up was beautiful and the class was fun and interesting. I can’t remember the mixologist’s name but he is the bar manager and i’ll post a picture. He was fun and so knowledgeable-really enjoyed this and glad that we signed up for it. Our room was so great it was enclave and cleaned well everyday by Rosa also well stocked with drinks and snacks. The beach was beautiful while we were there and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the beach. We saw the turtles laying eggs from our room every night. We enjoyed the food. The italian , hibachi and steakhouse were great for dinner and the Chala Sky Bar was really good for lunch. Enclave was well worth it for us. We like being oceanfront and the Enclave lounge was really good for breakfast and for drinks at night time. Love this place!

Liked mostWe stayed here five nights and had a wonderful time All the staff are very nice, we got a room with good view of the pool and beach when checked in, the room is clean and no smells, pools are clean and and water is warm. Location is also good, went to beach in the morning and evening. Tried all restaurants for dinner, all good but like the Italian one the most. Beach bunch is good option for kids between 4-12, my kids kept asking to going there, there are different activities scheduled for whole day, instead only the video games. All the staffs in beach bunch are very nice and friendly.

Liked mostMy family of 13 people came to celebrate two wedding and one engagement at this resort. We had a difficult time to reserve a table together in almost all the restaurants. The pool, beach and spa are all closed at 8pm when the weather was finally comfortable enough to enjoy the pool. There are no entertainments at night, and the chala bar with music and dance is not open to the majority of the guests. I have to say that all the staff are super friendly, but the resort's policy is not friendly to guests.

Liked mostOs quartos tem tamanho muito bom. Banheiro grande, Camas confortáveis e travesseiros excelentes! A estrutura do hotel é show, tudo renovado. Buffet de café da manhã com ótima variedade e boa qualidade. Almoço também é bom! O restaurante Flama, de carnes, e o asiático valem a pena!

Could improveAs bebidas deixam um pouco a desejar, falta qualidade nos drinks. Acho que é um problema dos hoteis all inclusive. O restaurante Italiano é sofrível, nem vale a pena ir, e o mexicano achei fraco tb.
