Great staff great service!!!

Liked mostThe front desk staff was knowledgeable and helped make my experience great. Clean new rooms, nice size pool, hot tub, and new Grills for outside cooking. Great staff with efficient response times and wholesome hot breakfast that will make me a return customer.

Great place to enjoy a quiet night away from the city!

Liked mostThe staff is amazing! Savvy at the front desk needs a raise! She checked me in like I was an old friend, I rebooked later with her for my return trip. While in the hot tub, Mario came by and cleaned out the debris due to the wind.

Liked mosthad a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My mother arrived for check-in, and despite the reservation being fully paid, the staff refused to check her in because the physical card used for payment was not present. This was never clearly explained in advance. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when speaking with me on the phone. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they were dismissive and unfriendly. What shocked me even more was that they charged an extra $30 for "early check-in" even though my mother arrived at 3:15 PM and regular check-in was at 4:00 PM — charging $30 for just 45 minutes is unreasonable. Very poor customer service and a stressful experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel.
