Could improveVery expensive, the room facilities and decoration is not that good, we expected very nice and modren room but it was very basic, similar to other hotles which may cost less than half of its price over night.

Liked mostOne night stay. Chosen for its proximity by public transport to the o2 arena...door to door in 30 minutes which is fab. We've stayed at the Intercontinental o2 arena recently so a bit of a comparison. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Comfy bed. Rooms and common areas are beginning to look rather dated and in need of refurb. View of waste ground a bit off putting. Executive lounge no longer offers breakfast and evening food offering has definitely deteriorated compared to our last visit. As a whole exec lounge kind of lacks an element of luxury compared to other lounges we've used over the years, small details lacking. This is however a somewhat nit picking review and comparing to the Intercontinental which offers a more luxurious feel and is next door to the o2 (but does not offer the same choice of transport and area facilities).
