They are extremely friendly, polite, professional and welcoming. The moment we arrived, shaima made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. She was very helpful, patient and always ready to assist us with a lovely smile. My special thanks to marmara and Salman too. My kids was also very happy. Liked mostClose proximity to the o2 arena. Lots of places to eat close by Cleanliness of the hotel Amazing service from the night time reception staff

Could improveNot having a proper bed in a queen size family room just a double and pill out bed, pull out bed was springy and extremely uncomfortable. No bedding provided for pull out bed, although when i called down to reception this was sorted and bed made within 10 mins.
