Liked mostThe staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel could not have been better, within a short walk of the central metro station and main railway station (great for the Arlanda Express), surrounded by a wide choice of bars and restaurants, and close to Gamla Stan (the Old Town). The room had everything we needed and was well-designed to maximise the use of space. Great bar/lounge area in which to hang out. The breakfast was superb, with great views across the city.
Could improveWe were expecting a windowless room (a seemingly common thing in Sweden), but the room was very, very small. Despite some innovative features, there was little space to store enough stuff even for a short break. Despite air conditioning, the room was always hot and stuffy. There was an unpleasant smell of drains in the bathroom throughout our stay.
