Good hotel just some real rude receptionists.

Could improveThe reception staff were extremely rude. I was charged an extra fee for a deposit kind of thing that they didn’t mention to me or my friends. After checking my bank account I came down stairs to ask why I was charged more than expected. They then began to speak aggressively and ganging up on me from behind the desk. I had 3 friends with me who assured me that she did not mention the additional fee and that it would be returned after my stay. So for them to accuse me of lying to them infuriated me and I felt extremely disrespected. I never review places but I feel this was needed.

Could improveBedbank was super slecht. Douche gordijn verwacht je niet in zo’n duur hotel. Ontbijtzaal was niet berekend op zo veel mensen. Klein zwembad voor een groot hotel
