Could improveReservé hace mucho 2 piezas para mi grupo familiar y recién al momento de darme las llaves del cuarto (horas después de que hice el check in y pago completo) recién me avisaron que los cuartos estaban en pisos diferentes, dejando a mi madre mayor de edad en un piso sola. Reclamé y nadie me dio atención ni solución. Tampoco me gustó que la limpieza es solo día por medio.
