Liked mostWe stayed three nights at Hotel Beaux Arts Autograph Collection in Miami with our family during our vacation, and overall the experience was quite mixed. On the positive side, the location is excellent—very central and convenient for exploring the city. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after long days out. However, there were several downsides that impacted our stay. The hotel is located on the 38th floor, and the elevator wait times were extremely long, which quickly became frustrating. Our room had no real view, as it faced an office building, which was disappointing given the price point. Additionally, even though this hotel is significantly more expensive than the Marriott in the same building, there were no added benefits such as priority access to shared facilities like the gym or pool. In conclusion, we found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offers. It didn’t feel particularly special, and we expected more given the premium price.

Amazing staff

Liked mostThe staff were amazing - Jonathan on reception, Mike the valet and the security team were great. The rest was average. We were in the autograph section. The room was not available until 5pm and was poorly equipped. One coffee capsule each, one hand towel each (I found bath towels eventually), one tiny bar of soap. We’d have expected more. But my goodness, the staff were above and beyond when I walked into a glass door at the entrance. Apparently it happens a lot so they really need to fix the problem there.
