Superb location , fabulous helpful staff

Liked mostFabulous location, walkable from Termini in under 10 min with bags so great for cruise train or train from the airport. Also around the corner from Castro Pretoro metro 3 stops direct to colosseum. Very helpful staff who accommodated an early check in which was much appreciated . Spotless room with little balcony we sat out on & lovely facilities slippers etc. we have rebooked to stay again before we leave room after our cruise

Could improveNothing except the hallway could do with mats as the bare floors meant it was noisy when trying to sleep with people pulling bags to rooms but that was a very minor issue

Liked mostGreat location. Just a straight shot down from the train station. Maybe 15 minutes max. Typical room size. Very nice bed and linens. Breakfast was fantastic. Breakfast staff was amazing.

Could improveOur room had a small bathroom which made for an awkward and potentially unsafe entrance into the shower/bathtub. One has to climb over the high-walled tub only at the rear end of the tub where it's floor is slanted. Then you have to somehow close the glass door around your body while standing in this narrow tub. Very poor design. Surprised someone hasn't fallen.

Could improveNão tem frigobar no quarto. O ar condicionado é central, portanto não conseguimos mudar a temperatura, que é regulada pelo hotel. A temperatura do chuveiro é difícil de acertar e é dentro de uma banheira.
