Spectacular Hotel and Exceptional Staff

Liked mostBeautiful property and attentive staff in Cartagena Centro. The location is central to everything. The room was large, the pool inviting and the restaurant scrumptious. I would like to particularly compliment the exceptional bar staff, particularly Amanda. We needed some extra help during a medical emergency and the staff was most attentive and helpful. We’re very grateful for their assistance. The concierge also arranged any drivers and tours for us as needed. The entire stay here was wonderful.

Could improveIf I have to have a complaint, I would say there was sometimes noise from the room above us - walking heavy, moving furniture and dropping something on the floor. However overall, this was a minor issue and did not detract from our enjoyment.

Elegant luxury with a traditional Cartagena feel in the middle of the Old City.

Liked mostThis was our first time to Casa San Agustin and to Cartagena. We were in absolute awe of the property and the service. The hotel is centrally located but feels like you are stepping into an oasis of calm in the middle of the hustle. Top recommendation for those visiting Cartagena and want to stay in the middle of the Old City in a refined and luxury establishment. Special thanks to Yanelis who was particularly attentive and helped us book a private boat tour and arranged my husband’s birthday. Five stars all around.

Could improveIf I had to pick hard, the pool was a bit small - not really designed for serious sunbathing. But we didn’t pick the hotel for the pool; we picked it for luxury and location - both of which met (and exceeded) our standards.
