Could improveRoom is a bit small however it is clean. Some people at the park located in front of the hotel talked so loud so it was quite noisy however the noise died down around midnight.

Could improveNo A/C. No elevator to top floor. Personnel not helpful. Accidental double booking and manager would not consider giving me a refund for either of the two rooms we double booked.
