Liked mostJust back from four nights at the Hotel Fernando III and have loved every minute of it. The hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are very welcoming. The highlights given the very high temperatures were the aircon in the room, and the rooftop pool and terrace bar. The aircon worked a treat and made for a comfortable nights sleep. The hotel pool and terrace bar exceeded expectation, and although the pool was busy at times there was a steady rotation of guests throughout the day that meant sunbeds were available more often than not. The terrace bar had great staff, well priced and good variety. The breakfast was good, lots of choice and a great setup for a stroll round the beautiful city. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and only wish we’d stayed a couple of nights longer.
