Prague trip

Liked mostJust got back today from a lovely 4 night stay in Prague, the hotel was lovely and staff very welcoming on arrival. Our room was not ready as we arrived early but lady on reception was very helpful with directions and gave us a map to help us around. The room was very clean, shower lovely and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and fresh and staff were very friendly, a credit to the hotel. The location is great everything is in walking distance and you dont get disturbed late at night. Overall very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great value for money.

Perfect in Prague

Liked mostAs part of our mini tour of Europe we needed a good base for exploring Prague for a couple of days and The Golden Crown was ideal for this. The hotel is modern, very clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. The hotel is also well placed for getting around on foot, close to the old town and easy walking from the Charles Bridge and therefore the castle too. At the same time it isn’t in the middle of the busiest areas meaning it’s an oasis of calm after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended.

Liked mostI had an amazing stay at Golden Crown Hotel in Prague. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is perfect within walking distance of Prague's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it very convenient to explore the city. What made the stay truly exceptional was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Golden Crown Hotel to anyone visiting Prague. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable

Perfect location, bad shower setup

Liked mostThe hotel is perfectly located near the center. Nice staff, clean. Decor is quite bland. Rooftop rooms are not recommended. The shower had incontrolable scolding hot water, no door or curtain so everything got soaked. The hotel's soap and shampoo dispensers didn't work properly. No shelf for toiletries so they also got soaked, as did the floor. Cleaners took towels but didn't replace them. After complaints they finaly moved us to a nice room in a lower floor. Except for the traumatic shower it was fine.
