Great Location, but a Terrible Night’s Sleep

Liked mostThe location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good and up to the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Could improveUnfortunately, our accommodation was in an attic on the top floor, next to the elevator shaft, with unbearable noise throughout the night. We barely slept at all. The room did not seem suitable for guest accommodation. As an apology, the hotel waived the city tax, which we appreciated, but it did not make up for the terrible night.

Liked mostОтличное расположение, хороший вид из окна и сам номер, центр и основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, бутики и магазины также расположены близко. В отеле отличный ресторан, рекомендую его для ужина. Внимательные официанты и сотрудники на стойке регистрации: помогали по всем вопросам. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, свежевыжатые соки, отличный кофе. Будем рекомендовать знакомым и обязательно остановимся тут еще раз!

De charme en service van een boutiquehotel op wandelafstand van de Duomo

Liked mostHet heeft de charme van een boutiquehotel maar is wel iets groter. Het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd en van prima kwaliteit. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zo hebben ze me goed geholpen toen ik op de terugweg naar de luchthaven mijn telefoon in de taxi had laten liggen. Dankzij hun hulp kwam de chauffeur met de telefoon binnen 20 minuten terug naar de luchthaven. De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend op wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden.

Could improveHet hotel had een soort van all-in formule voorgesteld: kamer + ontbijt + diner. Het eten bleek wel lekker maar je kon alleen maar uit een heel beperkt menukaartje kiezen en na de 3e dag begon dat wel erg vervelend te worden. Onze kamer op de derde verdieping had uitzicht op de binnenplaats met als nadeel dat het 's avonds rumoerig was op de kamer omdat de geluiden van restaurant en keuken naar omhoog galmden.
