Our favorite hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked mostOur very favorite hotel anywhere. So well appointed. Just charming and comfortable. Excellent staff. Service is wonderful. Relaxing courtyard. Close to train, buses, taxis. We have had the pleasure of staying here 3 times. Would consider no other hotel.

Venician Elegance

Liked mostWe were a large family group and enjoyed our stay. We found the breakfast and the afternoon Venetian sandwiches delightful and the staff wonderful. The rooms were very clean, bright and charming. The style of the hotel is exquisite, with the wallpaper, art, and all the details a delight at every turn. This hotel was lovely. It was a bit of a walk to Piazza San Marco, but it is a very lovely walk through all the small streets and by the shops. There is a vaporetto stop about 5-7 minutes from the hotel as well.

Could improveNo nos gustó que el primer día nos asignaran una habitación situada junto a la recepción, con un nivel de ruido muy elevado. Tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación, que finalmente nos realizaron al día siguiente. Aunque agradecemos que atendieran nuestra petición, ello supuso tener que volver a hacer las maletas y reorganizar toda la estancia, una molestia que podría haberse evitado.
