Could improveO hotel não tem piscina, academia é improvisada e o lobby pequeno. Outra coisa que me deixou bastante chateada foi sobre a reserva. Fiz a reserva com quase um mês de antecedência e se eu não tivesse ligado um dia antes eu não teria sabido que minha reserva tinha sido cancelada, alegando que meu cartão tinha sido recusado. Nem a BOOKING e nem o hotel me avisaram sobre o cancelamento, falei com o hotel e fiz uma nova reserva. Assim que cheguei bloquearam 5200 ( mesmo cartão que disseram ter recusado a reserva e que era só uma garantia e não seria cobrado).Para evitar mais constrangimentos eu disse que pagaria com outro cartão. ( débito).No check out eu paguei com o cartão wize e segui viagem para Portugal. Após alguns dias, qdo fui retirar o carro de aluguel eu vi que os 5200 estavam sendo cobrados no cartão, fiquei tensa e aborrecida demais, tive que telefonar várias vezes ,me aborreci o trajeto de Lisboa a Algarve tentando resolver a situação.Agora já está tudo resolvido mas tive constrangimentos e aborrecimentos totalmente desnecessários durante a estadia e após ela. E isso!!
