Pleasant enough for the price and proximity to ADO station

Liked mostThe lady on the front desk was friendly and made check- in easy. She answered all my questions and spoke slowly and clearly which made it easy for me to understand as I am practising my Spanish. They let me leave my luggage there for a few hours. Close to the ADO bus station, so I chose this hotel for that reason and due to the price, just for a one night stopover.

Could improveNo kettle or anything in the room to make a hot drink in the morning. No drinking water in the room and no option to buy any in the hotel. I went downstairs to buy a coffee in their cafe to take back to my room in the morning, and it was very expensive for a slightly cold cheap coffee.

Could improveLos cuartos están viejos, no muy limpios, la camarera el primer día no limpio el baño. NO tiene conexiones para el cel en el cuarto, solo en el baño y ya vieja Pedí un cobertor y me llevaron una cosa horrible que parecía mantel NO REGRESO A ESE HOTEL

Could improveThey took my payment and were not even available to assist me or let me in. I contacted them immediately. They didn't answer, not did they refund me. Luckily it was only 1 night that they stole from me. I would recommend a different hotel especially as a single female traveler

Could improveBof, hôtel vieillot, piscine trouble et sale, c'était bien pour une nuit avant de prendre l'avion. Tout ce qui est servi au restaurant est limité immangeable
