Liked mostHotel super centrale, ottimo per visitare Cracovia. Staff gentilissimo, sempre disponibili per ogni domanda. Le finestre davano sul cortile, quindi niente rumori notturni, a parte alcuni ospiti che tornando all'1 parlavano ad alta voce nel corridoio. Colazione buona, sala colazioni molto particolare, caratteristica.

Could improveL'insonorizzazione della porta - sentivamo tutti i rumori provenienti dal corridoio - dagli altri ospiti che tornavano di notte nelle loro camere, alla cameriera ai piani la mattina. Per il resto - tutto ottimo.

Liked mostThe staff were so lovely and understanding. The room was very clean. The location was PERFECT. We had a balcony and it was just so beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. I would definitely return here.

Liked mostLocation and facilities are very good. Very clean

Could improveSome staff need retraining on service . Plates etc left on the tables for nearly an hour. A couple we very miserable and unhelpful. The rest made it better though
