Liked mostThe hotel team were extremely friendly, always with a smile and always happy to help with any question or request. The location was very central, so we walked almost everywhere. The metro station was also within walking distance, which was very convenient. There was some road construction during our stay, but we didn’t hear a thing and it didn’t bother us at all. The breakfast was delicious and everything was very fresh! We also really loved that there were always bottles of water available for guests, along with mini cupcakes that we could take with us on the go.

Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious food. The service was warm, professional, and pleasant. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, wonderful staff, and delicious breakfast!

Liked mostThis hotel was excellent and well situated. The staff all spoke wonderful English and were extremely helpful at every step of our stay. At one point, I broke my adapter and when I asked where I could buy one, they had one right there at the desk that I could purchase to replace the broken one. The hotel location was great as it was a short walk to the Duomo. Of special note was the breakfast. Oh my goodness… so delicious. They had a wonderful Continental breakfast spread and then you could also get eggs to order which were more delicious that I can even explain. The service at breakfast was excellent and every day, the breakfast started us off on a wonderful day.
