Nice and cozy

No service of any kind! And no one answers the phones! And no drawers ! No return for me!

Liked mostNo service of any kind! No valet! No room service! No customer service! No housekeeping! No one answers the phone. Could only get through to the restaurant who said they would ask the front desk to call us.. no one did! And no drawers anywhere! And we had a deluxe room! Poor water pressure from all faucets. Had a reservation for our return leg to Seattle. We cancelled.

Great customer service but terrible echo and noise issues

Liked mostLocation is great. You can walk to all the major to the tourist spots from here. The rooms themselves are pretty small. The biggest downside is that there is absolutely no insulation in between the walls. And so you can hear everyone’s conversation next-door. The First Night. I had to listen to the couple next-door. Have sex and everyone’s conversation in the hallway. I’m usually not a light sleeper and have no issues. Falling asleep but the loud noise. Every time people open their doors and had conversations outside. My door was extremely distracting and prevented me from getting good sleep. The bed and bathroom was cleaned out every day, which I really appreciated. There was fresh tiles weeding every single day, which I also appreciated. The parking range is very high and suggest people park in the next-door parking structure, or use advance reservation applications on their phone to reserve parking. The front desk staff was pretty easy. And nice when I checked in and checked out. No complaints there. The elevator is pretty small and looks like those old vintage elevators that had a attendance. Aesthetically the hotel is cute, but I don’t know that I would stay there again because of the noise issue.

I’d go back!

Liked mostI traveled for a weeklong getaway with my fiancé, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Concierge was attentive and responsive. The room was very clean and housekeeping was on point every day. The hotel restaurant, Rider, was a welcome retreat from all of the other restaurants in the area when we didn’t feel like making the effort to get out. The food was good and the service was attentive. Overall ambience of the hotel lobby was energetic and spacious. I utilize the fitness room two mornings and had plenty of space and availability. Equipment was in good repair. The only real complaint I have with the state is that the small in room bathrooms do not offer much for privacy or sound dimming and the light switches in the particular suite we had were located in the greater hotel room so you could not control the light from inside the bathroom. Overall, I would recommend the Theodore if you are looking for a good centrally located. Stay in Seattle. I would go back.
