Perfection.

Liked mostThe design of the hotel (a former print works) is thrilling. A highly imaginative use of space and charmingly thoughtful and eclectic decor- well-chosen mid-century furniture in the communal spaces with design-led objets. The bar/breakfast room is spacious and well lit. The rooms beautifully appointed- minimal, modern and comfortable. Wonderful staff- friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Great breakfast. Perfect location- a pleasant walk from the historic centre but out of the hubbub.

Could improveNothing to dislike. Although our first uber driver deposited on a street with the same name on the other side of the Douro. It did give us a chance to see more of the city however!

Fantastic boutique hotel!

Liked mostThis is not in a tourist area, which was fine for us. What sets it apart is the care and service the staff exudes. Maria, Catina, and Sofia were all amazing as well as the breakfast crew. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but still quite manageable. This is a newer build with a bit eclectic style combing polished concrete along with a nod to the properties past. If you love more boutique hotels with service and personality, this is what you are looking for.

Perfect for us!

Liked mostA beautiful design conscious conversion of a former print works. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The communal spaces are comfortable, spacious and imaginatively furnished and appointed. Mid century furniture, smart lighting, books and objects give it the the feel of a relaxed design museum. The staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfasts are perfect. A quiet location a short walk from the old city hubbub. .

Could improveWij vroegen een taxi naar de luchthaven, maar zij wilden persé een shuttle bestellen. Een taxi kost van daaruit 24€ (= een vaste prijs), de shuttle kostte 38€ en bleek achteraf een aftandse taxi te zijn met een kapotte achterruit.

If we returned to Porto would definitely stay here again

Liked mostClose to city centre and metro station but area was quiet. Has a delightful garden area, is quirky, quaint and stylish. Staff go above and beyond especially Pavel

Could improveCould do with more lighting in the room especially in the clothes storage area. The mini bar refrigeration did not seem to work and there was a leak from the shower tray
