Great stay

Liked mostWe stayed in July 2026 for a few days while visiting family. Our check in process, valet, food services, and housekeeping experiences were all wonderful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We were happy with our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Good stay except for elevator situation

Liked mostWe stayed at Hyatt Regency SOMA for one night to serve as a home base to watch fireworks and get lunch in the city the next day. Room was a good size and thoughtfully laid out. The day bed was comfortable and our teen son slept on it. Convenient location and it was a good deal that included valet parking. Couple of reasons for not 5 stars - (a) Walk in shower had a partial glass panel. After showers the bathmat was wet (b) Elevator situation can be terrible around busy check in/ check out or breakfast times. Wait was over 15min for us and we took the elevator up to find room to go down.
