Beautiful hotel with lovely staff

Liked mostWe really loved our time at the Hotel. The room was very big, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Over all the hotel exceeded our expectations. If you visit you have to try the ice cream - it is fabulous. I also enjoyed being able to communicate via WhatsApp to ask questions regarding our stay.

Could improveThe sofa bed is not big enough for two children. Our children are 8 and 10 and the size of the bed was far too small for them. It caused many arguments and restless sleeping. We ended up having to sleep with three of us in the big bed. Also the pool was very very cold. I did speak to the hotel regarding this but they stated it was my personal preference to have a warmer pool - what I would say to this is when all the families were crowding into the jacuzzi and the children don't really want to go into the pool, it speaks for itself.

Could improveThe room we stayed in needed some renovations, the bathroom fixtures weren't working perfectly, and there were a few other minor issues. But overall, everything was great.
