Great stay for Boston Harbor

Liked mostThe location was perfect for Sail Boston 250, or any event along the harbor. Lots of good food nearby. The hotel restaurant was very nice, and room service was really good. Beds were comfy. We walked everywhere, no need for a car. We chose a water view and looked out at the Boston Tea party ships. So cool. We also walked over to that museum, which was really good.

Could improveThe shower was very slick. They had bathmats on request, but you're already in the shower when you realize you need it.

Hotel muito bom, mas restaurante e academia precisam de melhorias.

Liked mostO atendimento no check in e check out são rápidos e eficientes, assim como o serviço de valet para pegar e entregar o carro (alugamos um carro durante toda a nossa estadia e o deixamos no valet do hotel). Os quartos são muito confortáveis e a arrumação e limpeza são muito boas. Lugar extremamente silencioso e a cama maravilhosa. Adorei a localização.

Could improveDe manhã, o chuveiro demorava cerca de 5 minutos para esquentar e me dava aflição em ver o desperdício de água. O serviço no restaurante não é o ideal. A comida é muito boa (tomei café da manhã e jantei), mas nitidamente a equipe precisa se preparar melhor para dias com maior movimento (deixamos de tomar café da manhã e jantar no hotel mais vezes por causa da demora no atendimento). A academia não é compatível com o hotel.
