We’ve stayed at both Inter Continental hotels in SF. And i still like Mark Hopkins. But I did really enjoy this hotel.

Liked mostThe staff was amazing. Very attentive and fun to talk with. Loved the room, the breakfast buffet was good.

Could improveWe ordered room service delivery for guacamole and chips. EASY right? It was terrible, especially for 20 bucks..store bought guacamole mixed with water to look fresh. The salsa was also horrible, bottled salsa, looks like it was blended to make it seem fresh. I mean they have avocado toast on the menu, but they can’t make fresh guacamole!, It takes the little things to make your hotel elite…..and this was bad.
