Bad hotel choice

Liked mostGood location and nice beach.

Could improveUseless balcony full of birds droppings. Wasn’t clean even when we came. We paid for earlier check in and then were waiting during cleaning. In a half day was the same. Park wing building where is our park view room located looks like a loft. No elevator.

Liked mostJ’ai aimé l’hôtel au pied de la plage, le personnel de ménage est super gentil et soigneux dans leur travail.

Could improveLa chambre avait de la moquette, ce que je trouve désagréable car il fait humide et parfois il y a une odeur. Les personnes au comptoir pourraient être plus accueillant et souriant, surtout pour le prix qu’on paie. Et le petit déjeuner est cher.

Liked mostThe lobby and bar/restaurant are was nice. The rooms were definitely lacking. Very plane and could use an update to match the money put into the lobby/restaurant. Good view of Diamond Head from the street facing rooms. Location was in a quieter park beach area and the walk to the shops and Waikiki area was not bad.

Could improveThey basically charge you 55 dollars a night to park in their own lot because it is is valet only and there aren't many good free spots on the street to park. Rooms were kinda basic and could use update. The tvs looked like the one Michael Scott had on his wall. Was not worth what they charge.
