Could improveDas erste Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt. Nach 3 von 5 Nächten wurde mir abends dann ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Da war die Klimaanlage nur sehr laut. Das ganze Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr gut aus, jedoch bei näherem Hinschauen müsste dringend mal Geld in die Hand genommen werden. Es sehr weit außerhalb und drum herum sehr viel Baustelle. Daher sehr viel Staub überall.

Room service team as well Amro and Gamal they are very helpful and very good services room staff. Farah in the restaurant she is very good and she is professional
