Liked mostI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The check in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent service very attentive and professional. During my stay, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant. While the food was good, I felt that some staff could improve on friendliness and engagement. a simple smile or more genuine presence can go a long way in making guests feel welcome, no matter where they come from. That said, I truly appreciate the efforts of the hotel team and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall quality. a little extra warmth in the restaurant would make the experience even better I also felt a bit sad that I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the rain in next day, as I was really looking forward to relaxing there but thanks overall good experience,.

Liked mostI loved the hotel and the club lounge. The friendly staff, Kate, Indira, and Jacob, made our stay especially enjoyable. Our glasses were always full. The cocktails were excellent! The rooms had a beautiful view, and the pool was incredible.

The best hotel in Dubai Highly recommend

Liked mostI arrived at the hotel at night and the reception was exceptional, very helpful and caring. The hotel is very clean and gives warmth and coziness. The rooms are large, a huge and luxurious bed, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. A well-equipped shower with huge and cozy towels. Room service is available at any time and is welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a very rich buffet and very gentle waiters.

What we appreciated most: location (direct access to the Mall), the facilities in the hotel ( swimming pools, Gym, Spa, breakfast, exclusive lounge), the people for sure who treated us with care.
