Definitely booking here and I will stay again.

Liked mostVery clean and remodeled in good taste. The building is old but everything was very nice and updated inside. It was in a perfect location, we were very close to restaurants, shopping even a convenience store.

Could improveI’d say if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Not that it’s super noisy but the walls are thin. I’m use to sleeping in a city so it didn’t bother me at all but I could hear if a door opened and closed.

Can't Be Beat Location and Morning Coffee!

Liked mostThe staff was very nice and the location couldn't be beat! The coffee in the morning was SO welcomed and there were so many places we could visit within walking distance.

Could improveThe lobby was very small and we needed more lighting in the room. We were a bit cramped with four people but it was totally manageable and we loved having the balcony!

Pretty nice but also pretty expensive. Why not just go somewhere else?

Could improve1). Price is way too high. Was not up to $300 per night by the time everything was paid. 2). Staff in restaurant was among the worst I have ever experienced! Long wait, not attention to guests, guests getting silverware and table water for themselves while the server was lost in space.

Pleasant hotel close to Fillmore Street

Liked mostWe booked two rooms.They were spacious and clean.The Reception staff were very friendly. We liked the location close to Fillmore Street. Free morning coffee and tea was appreciated. The price was reasonable. We were initially allocated a room that was noisy but then reallocated to a quieter room. The garage gets booked up quickly but we there is a large car pack in the Japan Centre, which is in very short walking distance.
