Un'occasione mancata

Liked mostL'hotel è in una posizione strategica: vicino al centro storico ed alla stazione. Non è distante della zonna univeristaria e quindi dai principali musei. La struttura, compresa la zona colazione, è ben curata.

Could improveIl personale si è rivelato completamente non all'altezza nella gestione delle esigenze. In fase di prenotazione avevo parlato con la struttura per prenotare un posto auto (per me fondamentale). Mi era stato risposto di inviare una mail, cosa che ho fatto. Quando sono arrivato mi è stato detto che il parcheggio non c'era e che non avevano ricevuto la mail: ad una verifica effettuata davanti ai miei occhi la mail è stata però ritrovata. Semplicemente non mi avevano risposto. Il problema era però che i posti erano esauriti e la soluzione che mi hanno proposta è stata quella di lasciare l'auto di fronte all'hotel, nello spazio a loro riservato per lo scarico bagagli. Il giorno dopo, mentre ero in visita ad un museo, l'hotel mi telefona intimandomi di spostare la macchina immediatamente altrimenti i vigili avrebbero potuto rimuoverla. Sono dovuto rientrare in hotel e spostare l'auto in un parcheggio a pagamento pubblico. Da rivedere inoltre anche la procedura del check in, da gestire totalmente in autonomia in piedi di fronte ad uno schermo nella reception, con il personale inattivo che si limitava a rispondere ai dubbi dei clienti in fase di compilazione: visto il costo dell'hotel e la presenza comunque dello staff, non vale la pensa di gestire il tutto come nelle altre strutture, offrendo assistenza a clienti che mediamente arrivano stanchi?

Pomimo wyłączonej klimatyzacji, w pokoju dość chłodno.

Liked mostNa pochwałę, z całą pewnością zasługuje personel, który stanął na wysokości zadania w sytuacji błędnie założonej rezerwacji. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ogólnie wszystko na plus.
