Centrale ligging op Gamla Stan

Liked mostCentrale ligging in het oude Gamla Stan, dichtbij opstapplaats boten, verhuur fietsen, heerlijk en goed verzorgd ontbijt.

Could improveHet appartement (1e verdieping) was eenvoudig, maar prima. Wel wat gehorig, kerk- en straatgeluid.

Liked mostThe hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort.
