Liked mostMy second stay in this hotel this year - our room was clean and large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom, USB charging port near the bed and a few complimentary waters and soft drinks the fridge. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast has a very good variety. The location is easy to access from main stations by public transport and a short walk. It has a classic old style hotel charm but has updated features.

Liked mostThe staff were lovely and accommodating. The property is traditional and very well maintained. The room reasonably comfortable. Free use of the mini fridge was a nice gesture. Breakfast service by the young gentleman was great. Clean.

Could improveThe triple room was a little small for luggage placement for three people. The bathroom was a little awkward with the toilet directly in front of the window, difficult to achieve natural light, and had to go downstairs to use an iron. Very expensive. We preferred other locations in Milan that did not feel so touristy.
